Development

PHP Programmer

Must be able to:

- Perform efficiently with little or no guidance

- Work independently on projects for long periods of time

- Manage/guide small teams of programmers

Design / Graphics

Graphic Designer

Must be able to:

- Create graphics in cooperation with a lead artist

- Think creatively in open-ended situations

- Work well in fast-paced environments

Must be able to:

- Manage the Rawrcade brand (+games)

- Be able to utilize both free/paid avenues

- Work creatively with little guidance
